1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rbaji" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the rbaji online gaming platform accessible at rbaji.lat and all associated services, products, and promotional offers made available to users.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the rbaji platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual following successful completion of the rbaji registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's account, excluding bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins values, or other non-cash incentives awarded under specific promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The rbaji platform is designed and operated specifically for players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the rbaji platform complies with the laws applicable in your location. rbaji makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

2.3 Account Registration

To access the full range of rbaji services, players must create a single registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one active rbaji account at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where rbaji identifies that a player holds more than one account, rbaji reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any bets or winnings generated across those accounts.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

rbaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to verify player identities. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at rbaji's discretion. 3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

rbaji currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). rbaji does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges, for which rbaji accepts no responsibility.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Individual minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of requesting a withdrawal. rbaji reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.

3.3 Processing Times

rbaji aims to process all deposits and withdrawals within 60 seconds of request submission under normal operating conditions. 3.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are owned by you, are legally obtained, and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. rbaji reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time and to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

3.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. You must have completed all applicable KYC verification steps before any withdrawal can be approved. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms. rbaji reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, rbaji offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, and other incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. rbaji reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if a player is found to have circumvented wagering requirements through any means, including the use of low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering conditions without genuine risk.

4.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria set out in each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method. rbaji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer that has been claimed fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

4.4 Promotional Changes

rbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion and are mid-way through satisfying wagering requirements will be notified of any material changes and given a reasonable opportunity to complete qualifying wagering under the original terms.

5 Game Rules and Sports Betting

5.1 Casino Games

5.2 Sports Betting

5.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be modified by rbaji at any time. rbaji reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific player accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.

6 Player Conduct and Prohibited Activities

By using rbaji, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with rbaji games or betting markets in a manner that provides an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the rbaji platform — any such discovery must be reported to [email protected] immediately;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of transferring them to a third party rather than genuine gaming activity;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any legitimate transaction made through your rbaji account with your payment provider;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rbaji staff or other players through any communication channel.

Any breach of this section may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting of the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

7 Responsible Gaming

rbaji is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. The following tools are available to all registered players through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rbaji platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or commercially exploit any material from the rbaji platform without the prior written consent of rbaji or the applicable rights holder. 9 Disputes and Complaints

9.1 Initial Contact

9.2 Response Timeframes

9.3 Finality of Decisions

Following rbaji's internal review process, the decision communicated to you will be final and binding with respect to the rbaji platform. rbaji's records of all transactions, game histories, and account activities shall constitute the primary evidence in the resolution of any dispute and shall be treated as accurate in the absence of manifest error.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rbaji's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rbaji account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rbaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the rbaji platform;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform;
• Any third-party conduct or content accessed through the platform;
• Any technical malfunction, network failure, or communication error outside rbaji's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit rbaji's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your rbaji account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, rbaji will process any outstanding withdrawals of verified real-money balances to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

rbaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where rbaji reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity;
• Continuing to operate the account would expose rbaji to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk;
• The player has requested self-exclusion under our responsible gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, rbaji reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

12 Amendments to These Terms

rbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rbaji will provide players with at least 14 days' notice via email or on-platform notification before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the rbaji platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised whenever changes are made. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must stop using the rbaji platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

rbaji collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating a rbaji account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All personal data is processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption. rbaji does not sell player data to third parties.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the rbaji platform. By using the rbaji platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through rbaji's internal complaints process.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
